Built in xxxx, Ivy Cottage in the Essex village of Bicnacre has quite a history. The cottage in recent years had been neglected resulting in quite extensive damp which had to be solved before any reparations could begin.

Once properly treated and thoroughly dried we began by removing all of the existing render before applying a Fassa Bortolo Ki7 base coat with an embedded reinforcement mesh. Next, we applied a Ki levelling coat followed by an Fx526 primer. Finally we hand applied an RX561 top coat leaving Ivy Cottage protected for many years to come.
